According to Venetians, the name of Malotira or Maletira, came from the Italian words “male” (illness) and “tirare” (to drag or drive out) in order to express the great healing properties that it has and is mostly recommended for colds and respiratory symptoms.

Bioaroma is the first Greek vertically integrated unit engaged in the field of herbs and natural products located in Saint (Agios) Nikolaos, Crete.
